Vero Beach, FLA (July 17, 2017) — Indian River Medical Center (IRMC) has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Indian River County 2017.
“It is once again an honor to have been recognized as a Best Places to Work,” said Jeffrey L. Susi, President/CEO at Indian River Medical Center. “Our culture of excellence means that we celebrate professional and personal accomplishments together, and this award is to be shared by everyone. We have created a culture where our employees are excited to come to work and are passionate about caring for our community.”
“Over the past year we have initiated several programs to continue to improve our work environment so the attainment of this award is appreciated,” said Patrick Langan, Human Resources Director. “We intend to continue our efforts and continue our reputation as one of Indian River County’s Best Places to Work.”
Eight companies were honored at the CareerSource Research Coast’s annual event which was held on June 22 at Pointe West Club House. Companies were required to answer a 40-question survey regarding the organization. CareerSource compared participant’s turnover rates, growth percentages, employee development spending, promotion percentages, insurance packages and retirement plans. IRMC was found to excel in areas of employment attraction and retention.
